They will eat you alive

By jacquie  //  The Vlogs  //  No Comments

Every now and then we all get a little voice in our head that says “You’re not good enough”, “She’s prettier”, “I need to lose weight”, etc. Sometimes it’s all that you ever think. Let me just tell you something I’ve learned…

You can make a “5” look like a “10” when you’re being insecure. Now in reality I don’t think you should rate people on a “Scale of Hotness”, but just saying, you know?

Instead of focusing on the things you want to change about yourself, think of the things you like/love about yourself. OK. Are you thinking? Close your eyes even for a minute and visualize. Now I want you to write in a journal the things you like/love about YOU,even the things you want to achieve (they can be small or bigger than you can imagine). If you’re more of a visual person like myself make a collage of photos to represent this positivity.

You might be thinking “hmmm…ummm???” But even it’s just the color of your eyes or how funny you are FOCUS and HIGHLIGHT that attribute. If you feel comfortable enough post on here or my Facebook page the things you like/love about you! Or even your awesome collages :).

I promise you if you try to be happy and positive amazing things will come your way. Just take it one day at a time and we are going to be just fine.

XO,

Tacky Jacquie

Nivea Cream

By jacquie  //  The Vlogs  //  1 Comment

Everyone has their beauty “staples”. My 88 year old grandma has beautiful skin with barely any wrinkles. Wanna know her secret? She uses Nivea Cream. Every night she lathers her face with a thick layer of Nivea, almost like a mask then she sleeps with it on. By the morning it absorbs and leaves her skin looking amazing.

Nivea is so popular in Germany that hairstylists use it as a leave-in conditioner. Very interesting huh? This multi-use product can also be used on the body and lips.

I have used Nivea here and there, but I’m afraid to put it on my entire face because I have very sensitive skin. I figure I’ll try it tonight as an eye cream and go from there. I’ll let you know how this endeavor turns out!

XO,

Tacky Jacquie
